Designing History

—Chocolate Bar Repackaging

Objective

Redesign a package design and structure for the chocolate bar Ritter Sports.

Solution

Ritter Sports was one of the only chocolate bars back in the day to have a square shaped bar that would fit into a varsity pocket. This is a history they have that has stuck with them all of these years. To keep the heritage, I looked back at typography and graphics from the 1900s and used that as an influence to design the chocolate bar.
